People Often Ask...

  • How would you describe your approach when getting to know a client?
"When I prepare to meet a new client, I believe it's not just about the case details, but about the person behind them. I take the time to learn about who they are, because little connections can make a big difference. It's always a wonderful icebreaker when I discover a fun coincidence, like sharing the same middle name or realizing we're neighbors in the same city. These personal touches pave the way for a comfortable and trusting relationship, where clients feel understood not just legally, but also personally."
  • What would you say are your distinct strengths and capabilities as an estate planning attorney?
"As an estate planning attorney, my dedication to integrity and meticulousness is at the heart of what I do. I am passionate about not just doing things right, but doing them in a way that's best for our clients. Organization and a commitment to seeing things through are my hallmarks—I'm known for my thorough follow-up and attention to detail. But beyond the paperwork and planning, I'm here because I truly want to ease the burden on others during challenging times. Compassion guides my interactions, and being a good listener is something I value deeply. I believe that understanding and addressing clients' concerns is just as important as crafting their estate plans. My aim is to ensure that every client leaves feeling heard, supported, and confident in their future."

What I Do For Fun...

  • I revel in the great outdoors, basking in warmth, diving into a good book, or chasing thrills through sports and roller coasters. Each activity is a cherished escape, a way to recharge and celebrate life’s adventures.
Solo road trips are my favorite way to unwind, though sometimes they turn into duets with my husband. At home, my heart swells with pride for my four daughters, each carving out her own path from PhDs to filmmaking, to new families and journeys just beginning.

Without hesitation we highly recommend Stouffer Legal. They guided us through a complex process and made all accessible and understandable to us. We are confident and secure that our estate will be handled exactly as we want.

Alan Will

After my mother's death I was left to handle the matter. There was so much for me to do, duties that only I could take care of. Fortunately, my mother had a trust set up with Stouffer Legal and there were some legal issues that only they could manage. I was very grateful to have them handled by "my team" at Stouffer. These matters take a long time dealing with probate issues and the Register of Wills and I could not have done it so seamlessly without my teams attentive due diligence. So many items I was unaware of during my waiting that went on behind the scenes and I eventually learned they had gone above and beyond in settling mom's affairs.
