Hurry now and register for an upcoming event.

At the end of the presentation there is time for an open Q&A session where we can answer any of your questions.
Since our goal is for educational purposes, please feel free to join us even if you work with another attorney. You will not be solicited at the workshop; you would need to proactively ask us to schedule a complimentary consultation.
This event is designed to answer those “what if” questions.
What if...
your estate is stuck in probate–how long will your family have to wait?

What if...
your child goes through a divorce– will the inheritance be split with their ex?

What if...
your spouse remarries after you pass–will your children be able to inherit what you intended for them?

These are real risks that many families face, but they are entirely preventable with the right plan. This event will walk you through the steps to control, protect your assets, and ensure your family’s future security.

William Hernandez
Esq., Estate Planning Attorney
Raised in South Florida, William developed a career rooted in service and a commitment to helping individuals through life’s most challenging moments. After earning his law degree from Florida International University College of Law, he returned home to Naples, Florida, where he worked in both immigration law and law enforcement. These roles gave him firsthand experience guiding people through difficult and often unexpected circumstances, helping them make the best possible decisions during times of stress and uncertainty.
Motivated by the desire to support families before hardship strikes, William transitioned into estate planning with the goal of helping clients prepare thoughtfully and protect the people they care about. He values the proactive nature of this work, where planning ahead can ease future burdens and bring clarity and peace of mind. His approach is grounded in empathy, clear communication, and a genuine desire to help individuals accomplish their goals with confidence.
Outside the office, William enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with friends and family, staying connected to the coastal community that shaped his early years.
