Hurry now and register for an upcoming event.

At the end of the presentation there is time for an open Q&A session where we can answer any of your questions.
Since our goal is for educational purposes, please feel free to join us even if you work with another attorney. You will not be solicited at the workshop; you would need to proactively ask us to schedule a complimentary consultation.
This event is designed to answer those “what if” questions.
What if...
your estate is stuck in probate–how long will your family have to wait?

What if...
your child goes through a divorce– will the inheritance be split with their ex?

What if...
your spouse remarries after you pass–will your children be able to inherit what you intended for them?

These are real risks that many families face, but they are entirely preventable with the right plan. This event will walk you through the steps to control, protect your assets, and ensure your family’s future security.

Matt Wathen
Esq., Estate Planning Attorney
Born in Nashville, TN but raised in Atlanta, GA. Matt has focused on getting out of his comfort zone to explore and learn. Matt is a big sports fan always making sure to support his hometown teams. Interested in law from a young age, Matt pursued a legal career throughout his college life. Completing his undergraduate political science degree at the University of Georgia in 2019, he spent time in various leadership positions that helped hone not only his knowledge but skills in order to better help colleagues and others.
Following his time at the University of Georgia, Matt went on to continue his legal journey by earning his law degree from the University of Richmond in 2022. While there, he became the Senior Manuscript Editor for the law school’s Public Interest Law Review while being an officer in a variety of law school organizations. After graduation, Matt was intrigued by Estate Planning and Administration after having experienced bits and pieces of the field through other legal experiences. Seeing the value this field can provide families and loved ones, he went all in to help protect clients and their interests while ensuring even the highest standards are met.
