Hurry now and register for an upcoming event.

At the end of the presentation there is time for an open Q&A session where we can answer any of your questions.
Since our goal is for educational purposes, please feel free to join us even if you work with another attorney. You will not be solicited at the workshop; you would need to proactively ask us to schedule a complimentary consultation.
This event is designed to answer those “what if” questions.
What if...
your estate is stuck in probate–how long will your family have to wait?

What if...
your child goes through a divorce– will the inheritance be split with their ex?

What if...
your spouse remarries after you pass–will your children be able to inherit what you intended for them?

These are real risks that many families face, but they are entirely preventable with the right plan. This event will walk you through the steps to control, protect your assets, and ensure your family’s future security.

Michelle Rackish
Esq., Estate Planning Attorney
Michelle is an estate planning attorney who brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every matter she handles. Originally from Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley and later a student in Cleveland, Ohio, she moved to Baltimore for law school and quickly formed a deep connection to the community she now proudly calls home. Her academic focus on health law and ethics naturally led her to Estate Planning, where she is able to pair her legal training with her commitment to guiding individuals and families through some of life’s most meaningful decisions.
Before transitioning into this field, Michelle began her career as a litigator, experience that sharpened the skills she relies on every day, including meticulous attention to detail, the instinct to ask meaningful questions, and the ability to understand the broader context behind every document and conversation. She is dedicated to building strong, trusted relationships with her clients, taking the time to understand their goals, values, and priorities so she can help them create plans that offer clarity, protection, and peace of mind.
